Apple Bite is produced from 100% apple juice. All of the apples selected are certified USDA organic. 90% are harvested in Brittany (for the bittersweet varieties) and 10% in Normandy (for the bitter varieties). After being cleaned, the apples are gently crushed. They are then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and carefully filtered with the addition of Co2 for the carbonation. No sugar is added at any point during the process. This is a Brut cider with natural residual sugar.
